Where do I enter my coupon code?

You can find a textbox to enter it in your shopping cart. Once the code is entered, the discount will be automatically applied to your total.

Can I use multiple coupon codes in the same order?

Unfortunately, only one coupon code can be used at once.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your item before you check out - go to your shopping bag and add or remove items.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all standard shipping. For Express Shipping, prices may vary depending on your region.

How long does shipping take?

US Standard Shipping: 5-10 business day delivery. Due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you.

Global Standard Shipping: 8-15 business day delivery.

You can also Track your Order for a more accurate estimation.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

What is your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Should you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at info@getsynq.co within 30 days of purchase.

Do I have to pay for shipping the item back?

Shipping charges will be refunded only if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded for merchandise found to be unsatisfactory.

Has my return been received?

Processing your return usually takes several days.

However, we will send you an email update as soon as we have received and checked your returned product(s).
