How does an on-demand session work?
Describe what you’re working on. Synq matches you with an available practitioner in that domain and opens a live session, usually within minutes.
What can I bring to a session?
Real work. A repository, a design file, a spreadsheet, a deck, a decision. Sessions are hands-on, not abstract advice.
How are practitioners vetted?
Every practitioner is reviewed for real, current experience in their domain before they can take sessions, and their track record is built session by session.
Can I book the same person again?
Yes. If a session works, you can book recurring slots with that practitioner to work through a skill over weeks instead of one sitting.
How does payment work?
Payment is held securely upfront and released after the session, so both sides know the session is committed and paid for.
